Amy Rose was first introduced to yoga in 2004 through the Kundalini teachings of Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. Amy is certified and trained through the American Yoga School in Malibu, CA. Amy is also a certified REIKI practitioner. Amy has taught group yoga and private yoga at the Beverly Hills Hotel, EQUINOX in Beverly Hills and various yoga studios in Brentwood at Maha Yoga, Malibu at 5 Point Yoga and Santa Monica & Venice at Mystic Journey. Through teaching yoga over the past decade, Amy became fascinated with the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and crystal chakra bowls. In 2014, Amy visited Mystic Journey and attended her first Soundbath guided by Dynasty Electric. Amy found the healing vibrations so profound that she was inspired to become a soundbath practitioner first hand through Dynasty Electric. Amy began introducing soundbaths in her weekly yoga classes during shavasa and group meditations, including very special ceremonies on the rooftop of the Beverly Hills Hotel. Amy now leads group meditations, yoga, guided breathwork, REIKI energy work, soundbaths and spiritual life coaching internationally. Amy currently teaches yoga in London and organizes events as the Heath and Wellness Activities Leader of a nonprofit women’s organization in St John’s Wood, United Kingdom. Amy is available for private soundbath and yoga sessions and is planning wellness retreats internationally.
