What You’ll Need:

  • A green or white candle (for health and purification)
  • A small bowl of water infused with fresh mint or rosemary (for cleansing and renewal)
  • A piece of paper and pen (to set health intentions)
  • A clear quartz or green aventurine crystal (for healing and vitality)
  • Chamomile or peppermint tea (to nourish the body)
  • Optional: Lavender or eucalyptus incense (to clear stagnant energy)

Steps:

  1. Prepare Your Healing Space
